Unable to access Pomtodo Web : "Request failed, please try again later"

Hello, for about 2 months now, I have been unable to access the pomotodo web app. Whenever I log in or try to start a timer , the error message "Request failed, please try again later" pops up. I have tried -relogging -changing browser -clearing cache -logging out of the mobile app -deactivating sync pomo status on both devices -changing my display name -changing browser again to no avail. I would very much like to be able to use the web app, as it is integral to my workflow and the main reason for me buying pro.

Could you please help me get this working again? It is very important.

Hi,

Have you tried to switch to another Wi-Fi?

Are you using the web version and the mobile version at the same time? Is the mobile version working properly?

Can you log in to the web version if you use the browser on your phone?

Which browsers have you tried? Can you tell us the version numbers of these browsers?

Versions: I used Opera 56 and Firefox 64 on Kubuntu, both of which did not work, as did the previous version of firefox IIRC. Opera worked previously, though.

Mobile at the same time: The Error isn't dependent on whether or not the mobile app is running.

Mobile app working: The mobile app works.

Now, I tried downloading chromium just now, and logging in through chromium works. I really don't want to switch to that browser, though, so any help getting Firefox resuscitated would be appreciated. Best regards.
