Hi, i'm a pro subscriber and i can't sync my data almost everytime or, sometimes, even login. Everytime i try to sync my app data to the desktop app, the sync fails and the error message is "can't connect to the pomodoro servers".

When i do 4 pomodoros i don`t have a long rest either... are you guys still working on this app or i just throw my money away, buying the pro plan?

Need support on this matter ASAP.

We need more information to confirm the problem.

Could you tell me the platform (iOS/Android/Windows/Mac/Chrome Extension/Web) and the version number?

Normally, a long break will come after 4 consecutive pomos, but if the resting time between two pomo is longer than the long break time, we will consider these two pomos as separated.
