it's disappointing how slow they are to update their app. They used to be one of the better ones... I guess things change.

Could you please tell us the platform (iOS/Android/Windows/Mac/Chrome Extension/Web) and the version number?

Best regards.

windows, chrome and web all the lastest/upgrades versions

Thanks for your feedback. This issue has been communicated to the developer.

Normally, a long break will come after 4 consecutive pomos, but if the resting time between two pomo is longer than the long break time, we will consider these two pomos as separated.

If you are a Pomotodo Pro user, you will be able to set your long break time duration and how many pomos will trigger a long break.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Best regards.

Have the same problem even when I submit a pomo immediately and start a new one after a break. After 4 pomoa nothing happens. (Windows version, chrome extension, android app)

I'm an Android user mainly, and also have this problem. I have seen this when pomos were started immediately following breaks, but I also frequently work past the end of a pomo to finish a thought, which may cause the app to separate these pomos. If that is the case, it would be nice to disable the "automatically separate pomos" functionality. Since long breaks we're the feature I subscribed for, I am likely to cancel.

@Huai if a pomo is overworked (after the timer hits 0, but before the pomo has been submitted) will this also contribute to the resting time between 2 pomos and subsequently separate them? Is there any update about whether the devs are able/willing to fix these issues?
