The CPU usage is too high (about 40% of 1 core on Ubuntu-17.10 with Core i7-6700K @ 4.00GHz x 8) while the button is animated in the Chrome menu (64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) 64-bit) to mark the end of a period. I would suggest reoptimizing the code or giving an option to deactivate this feature. Best
