How do I make a refund request

You can submit a ticket or send an email to support@pomotodo.comto ask for the refund.

When you send an email to us, please use the email that registered for Pomotodo and mark your username to help us check your order information and fasten the process.

Normally, the refund process takes two working days. If the service fee from third-party payment occurs during the process, we might take it out of​ the refund.
